The following terms and conditions apply to all orders on climagic store items.

1. The buyer refers to you. The seller is the climagic store, which is a division of Suso Technology Services, Inc. in Bloomington, Indiana. This is the corporation owned by the creator of climagic.
2. All shipments are made using United States Postal Service. Worldwide shipping destinations will use your regional courier.
3. Returns can only be made on items in the original condition that they were shipped and must not have been worn, washed or used in any way other than inspection of the item.
4. The buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping unless the item was damaged during shipment or the wrong item was sent by the seller.
5. Returns can be made within 15 days of the buyer receiving the item.
6. Refunds for returns will be made via paypal for the original purchase price.
7. Bitcoins can be used as a form of payment, please contact me at questions@climagic.com to request this form of transaction.
